Canada’s citizen friendly policies have attracted immigrant from all over the world. They come here to settle down and start a new life for themselves and their family. Permanent Residents of Canada can become Canadian Citizens if they:
- • Have lived in Canada for three years or 1095 days during the five years before you sign and submit your citizenship application.
- • Meet the minimum language requirements in either English or French.
- • Applicants between the ages of 18 and 54 will be required to show proof of their language proficiency.
- • Have filed your taxes for any income earned during your stay in Canada.
- • Possess a basic knowledge of Canadian Citizen’s right and responsibilities, Canadian History, Geography and political system in order to pass the Canadian Citizenship test.
