A program to help skilled immigrant and their families move to Newfoundland and Labrador to live and work is called Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program. To be considered for permanent residency, applicants must meet a number of requirements, including a job or a job offer, the ability to support themselves financially and a desire to live in the province.
Through this program, candidates will be assigned a dedicated immigration officer who will remain available to explain the program requirements and processes until nominees receive their permanent residence status.
