Foreign Nationals with the qualifications- including education, work experience, and skills necessary to support New Brunswick’s economy are eligible for the New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream. Candidates must satisfy the programs minimal qualify standards, possess a legitimate job offer from a New Brunswick employer, and fully intend to settle down and work there permanently.

This program will also help New Brunswick employers, unable to fill job vacancies with a Canadian Citizen or permanent resident, recruit foreign nationals and international graduates whose skills are needed in the province.

1. Express Entry Stream

Candidates with profiles in the Federal express entry pool are the targets of the New Brunswick Express Entry Stream. They must be prepared to live and work permanently in the province and possess the knowledge, training, and work experience needed to contribute to New Brunswick’s economy. Prior to being evaluated and rated on six criteria- age, education, language, proficiency, work experience, job offer, and adaptability – applicants must first complete the first qualifying requirements.


2. Skilled Worker Stream

Those applicants who have received a full-time, permanent job offer from a New Brunswick company are eligible for the New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream.


3. Skilled Worker Stream for Truck Drivers

The Noc7511 for Transport Truck Drivers individuals who have received a permanent, full-time employment offer from a New Brunswick business are the target audience for the New Brunswick Skilled Worker for Truck Drivers.


4. Entrepreneurial Stream

The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program Entrepreneurial Stream is aimed at professionals ready to invest in a business in the province and move there with their families.


5. Post Graduate Entrepreneurial System

International Graduates from recognized New Brunswick institutions or community colleges are the target audience for the New Brunswick Post Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream. Candidates must have opened, Purchased and run a New Brunswick company for at least a year while in possession of a Post Graduate Work Permit.
